The Red Wedding: K&D, December 2024

Kath and Dave’s Red Wedding drew inspiration from Kath’s Chinese heritage — everything was a deep cherry red, from the ceremony backdrop, to the florals and tablecloths.

“In China, red is a lucky colour, but it’s also a colour that’s universally associated with love and romance, so it was the perfect colour palette for us. I love it when weddings reflect your background, experiences and stories as a couple. We also incorporated an array of mirrors into the theming, which reflected the red hues beautifully”, Kath said.
